Mr. Lindley holds a Master of Business Administration degree, is a Florida Certified Public Accountant, and for the decade prior to embarking on his legal career, practiced in public accountancy for a Big 4 CPA firm and as a chief financial officer in the industry. He is admitted to practice in the Southern District Court of Florida, where he formerly represented various creditors and debtors in matters before the bankruptcy court.
