Peter P. Lindley, P.A. is a law firm in Boca Raton, FL, practicing in the general corporate, real estate, and commercial law practice areas. Mr. Lindley commenced his legal practice in 1998 with the then-oldest Fort Lauderdale-based law firm and, thereafter, associated with one of the largest statewide law firms, each in their respective corporate law practice groups, representing clients in securities, corporate, and commercial law transactions and consultations.

Mr. Lindley also maintains his Florida CPA license, having practiced since 1985 in public accountancy as a member of two Big 4 CPA firms and, subsequently, as a CFO in the industry with two private real estate development and services firms prior to commencing his legal career.
