Peter P. Lindley is a Florida attorney with a diverse legal background in general corporate law, securities law, business taxation, real property transactions, and title work. His legal practice also includes mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, limited liability companies, board of directors and other corporate governance matters, employment and non-compete agreements, and entity taxation matters.

Mr. Lindley maintains his Florida CPA license, having practiced in public accountancy from 1985 through 1990 as a member of two Big 4 CPA firms, KPMG Peat Marwick and Ernst & Young. He subsequently served as CFO in private industry with two private real estate development and services firms before commencing his legal career.
He has represented institutional and private entities in various commercial transactions, as well as borrowers and lenders in real property conveyance and title matters. He was admitted to practice in the Southern District Court of Florida, where he formerly represented various creditors and debtors in matters before the bankruptcy court.
